With them I totally avoided the middle man and saved 40% total cabinet cost but keep in mind, they are not kitchen designers. you bring your design and cabinet list or have your contractor help you with the ordering and measurements. pick up your cabinets (all at once) when they notify you the order is ready and install them yourself. They do send someone to measure and install the stone countertops and it's best for you to be there to inspect and sign that you are satisfied with the installation before they leave.

We had our counter tops installed today and could not be happier with the end result or with any step in the process to get there. Factory Plaza was excellent in every way. They have a wonderful selection of material on hand. Their salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful. The estimator was also very very good and was able to answer many other questions we had. We only had to wait about seven days from the estimate, till the cut stone arrived for installation. The installers were quick and able to make last minute alterations on the spot. The counters look awesome. The price was right. We recommend them highly, they are well worth checking out.
