Dial One Security, Inc was founded in 1979 by John Lindberg after graduating from The Ohio State University with his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. Dial One Security is locally owned and operated and serves the Greater Cincinnati Area. Our offices have been located in the Cincinnati Suburb of Madisonville since 1989. The company owns and operates it's own UL Listed Central Station, located in the Cincinnati suburb of Price Hill. The central station provides our clients with monitoring of residential and commercial security and fire alarms along with elevator monitoring.

Over the years the keypad has been the main method for controlling your alarm panel located in a different location in the building. Today's new wireless control panels are much more sophisticated and incorporate both the keypad and alarm panel into one device as well as home automation and video from security cameras. The keypads and control panels allow different users to access the system with they own code so that a record of when and by whom the alarm system was armed or disarmed. With Total Connect, you can have the keypad functionality in the palm of your hand on your smartphone tablet or PC.

Dial One Security installs, services, tests, and monitors Fire Alarm Systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers. We offer monitoring and supervision of sprinkler systems, as well as state inspections. We are also able to test smoke detector sensitivity. Dial One Security offers a wide variety of fire alarm panels for simple 4 zone panels to large addressable systems. The fire alarm system control panel is your hub for controlling your entire fire system. The fire alarm panel is capable of detecting smoke, heat and water flow from sprinkler systems, and other equipment.

With Scenes as part of the home automation built right in to your security system, you decide which lights turn on when you arrive home, or which lights stay on when you go to bed. With Scenes and Schedules, lights can be programmed to operate to match the way you live in your home and can be controlled from any remote location. Do you need to let someone into your house while you are at work or on vacation? Don't leave a key under the door mat, just unlock the door and turn off the security system from your smartphone or PC.

An Access Control System enables the manager or owner of a property to control the locks on the doors typically through a card reader located next to the door. These systems allow you to control the movement of people into and through a building, create schedules of when the building is accessible, and easily add or delete employees from the users list. The ability to remove an employee from the system can save an enormous amount of money by not having to change locks when an employee leaves the company, along with the worry whether keys have been duplicated.

Dial One Security is determined to increase our green initiatives at our Madisonville offices. Over the past several years, we have been implementing changes in the way we do things to better serve our environment. The changes started with the installation of high efficiency LED lighting in many of the office spaces and grew to include our highly efficient recycling program. Dial One Security was able to reduce its weekly garbage pickup from a 6 Cubic Yard dumpster down to four garbage cans. This was achieved by separating our disposables into recyclables and garbage.
