I am calling around to get quotes and ask questions about home that we are purchasing. The person that was answering the phone answered the phone on speaker phone and seemed to be very annoyed that I, the potential customer, was calling him. He was very short with me and very put off that I would be asking questions. He even said what is the point, what is your question. the point is I will take my business elsewhere. Whoever the guy is that is answering the phone need to have some customer service training.
I have called 4 times to get an estimate on a full roof replacement estimate. I was told each time I called that someone would call me back. It was a complete waste of time waiting for them
If there was a way to put less stars, I would. I couldn't even get an itemized list of parts vs labor for my taxes. According to them they don't do that. I have gaps in the sheeting they put down before the shingles. Killed grass in the yard in 2 places. Good luck to anyone who uses these guys.
