Samuel & Jeremy offered EXCELLENT customer service when we needed our locks re-keyed. They were incredibly polite young men and diligent at making sure every issue we needed addressed was satisfactorily resolved.
There was an issue with the front door lock on our condo (a previous locksmith stripped one of the connecting screws) but instead of having to destroy our entire lock to replace it with a new one, they were able to finally find a way to properly re-key it.
They also allowed me to test every single key and copy to be sure my senior mother and family members have no issues with the keys.
They gave us an incredible deal which was an added and unexpected bonus!
Being a caregiver for a high-risk senior in an on-going pandemic, I am *especially* appreciative and impressed by the fact that they are vaccinated and politely wore their masks when indoors.
It’s hard to find a company that is that empathetic about their customers during a pandemic. (In fact I turned away two other companies because of their lack of concern about this issue.)

I accidentally locked myself out of my apartment today while walking my dogs. All Hours Lock & Key were fast, affordable, and most importantly effective as they got me and my fur kids out of the cold. Thanks for saving me from smashing a rock through my kitchen window!

They came all the way to Frankfort, KY on New Year's Eve, in the rain and had excellent customer service!!! The gentleman was so nice and professional. Arrived quickly despite the weather and got my car unlocked quickly. The price wasn't even that bad, considering. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
