Ask your dispatcher or technician about preventative maintenance. For a nominal charge we can make sure all of your appliances are in tip-top shape. Ask your technician during the appliance maintenance appointment how to clean or install filters, how to minimize the impacts of hard water on your clothes washer and dishwasher, and how to vacuum your refrigerator condenser coils and dryer ventilation.

When scheduling your appliance repair our office team sets your appointment either morning 8:00am-12:30pm or afternoon 12:30pm-5:00 pm. First calls (depending on your location) are available between 8:00am and 10:00am, last calls after 2:00pm, and Saturday appointments are available to customers with demanding schedules. We can have our service technician call you up to 30 minutes before he arrives for your appliance repair appointment. Also, if you call after 9:00am the morning of your appointment, we can pinpoint a two hour time-frame so you can spend less time at home waiting for your technician.
