At Dye's Appliance, we strive to give you the best refrigerator repair service in Kansas City. Our goal is to help get your fridge back to working order as soon as possible. If the refrigerator side isn't cooling but the freezer section is, you could have an airflow problem or a bad fan motor. If neither side is cooling very well, the potential problems could be worse. Best case, you may be looking at a new start kit. Worst case, a bad compressor or leaky sealed system. Almost all refrigerators self-defrost these days.

Can you imagine life without a microwave? Didn't think so. We understand that when you're in need of microwave repair, it feels like an emergency even if it's not. Microwaves used to be huge. Thankfully, Amana began building them small enough to fit on our countertops starting in the 1960s. A microwave that isn't getting power or won't start is a microwave that won't pop popcorn. In most cases, power issues can come from a bad fuse or a problem with the power cord itself. Touch pads and control boards can go bad on microwaves causing the microwave to act erratically or not at all.

Nobody likes to clean dishes by hand. That's why dishwashers were invented in the first place. All the way back in 1886, Josephine Cochrane invented the first working dishwasher and founded the company that would become KitchenAid. The more practical, in-home versions we're used rose to popularity beginning in the 1950's. Unfortunately, dishwashers don't always want to work properly. When that happens, give us a call. Our friendly technicians will use their experience and skill to solve your dishwasher repair issues.

Fortunately, our technicians are equipped to find and fix your washer's troubles. At Dye's Appliance, we've made it our mission to give you the best appliance repair service we can.

Modern-day washers are great as long as you can get those freshly washed clothes dry. From broken belts to lack of heat, occasional you'll be in need of dryer repair in Kansas City. Unless you've still got a clothesline out in the backyard, of course. Both electric and gas dryers can have issues with heating. In electric dryers, the heating element can break, short or become grounded and either stop heating or hear constantly. For gas dryers, igniters or regulator valves failing can stop the dryer from heating.

Friendly service and fairly priced. Had washer and dryer serviced on separate occasions and the tech who came to house had parts readily available.

Arrived 10 minutes early, fixed my washer on the spot, friendly and reasonable rates.

Thank You Blake for a quick and economical fix to my ice maker. I would recommend you to anyone!

What's new?

Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
