Since customer service is very important to us, you can be assured that the Appliance Service Center technician scheduled to visit your home will be knowledgeable, courteous, and a true service professional. We recognize that although we are selling quality name brands at Schaefer's, they are still machines- and machines break down, and/or need maintenance to be sure that they are operating they way they are intended.

Worst delivery ever. Left us with a washer out of balance and said it wasn't the machine, so it was our problem. Never ran it. Turned it on took a picture, but not a drop of water ran through it. Our last schaefer's purchase. Delivery manager didn't even care. I remember when Schaefer's was known for its quality customrer service, so sad.
