Darrin was polite, friendly, and was amazing with our family. Our roof looks amazing, we would recommend using them to everyone. Took his time to look over my whole roof. Put me at ease knowing it was not a big job. They are the most honest company I’ve had the pleasure of working with, they will not “make” a job that doesn’t need to be done. This company even impressed my mom (which is extremely hard to do). Hometown roofing was an incredible partner during my home purchasing adventure. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed, and was always one phone call away from answering any questions. Cameron was also very helpful and knowledgeable about the roofing and was very quick to inform me about the progress from estimating total costs, working with the insurance company, and informing me about the tough job ahead of them. My expectations for the rough were blown out of the water after seeing the finished project. Jeff was extremely picky on his clean up job, as I didnt find any nails around my property! Thats something no other roofing company can say! I couldnt be more satisfied with the roof. This should be the first roofing company you should call to get work done on the roof! I contacted Hometown Roofing to inspect for damage after several hail storms and to assess a part of the roof that appeared to have sunken in. The provider was very responsive and completed the inspection within a couple business days of my initial call. The inspection revealed no storm damage but that the sunken in portion of the roof was due to sheathing that had rotten from trapped moisture. The builder had not properly ventilated the air coming from the master bathroom's fan. Hometown Roofing provided a detailed description of the repairs required and an estimate. After contracting Hometown Roofing to do the repairs, the work was scheduled within a couple of weeks. To repair the damage, the sheathing and shingles were removed and replaced. New baffle vents were also installed. The work was completed as scheduled and billed at the quoted estimate. My interactions with everyone at Hometown Roofing were positive and professional. Will definitely do business with them again!

They came out to assess the leaking. Initially they thought the seal needed caulking around skylight. They caulked the area and after the next rain, it was leaking in the same spot. They came out again and told me that it was not an issue with the skylight and that the area around the skylight needed to be re-roofed, which was done. They were paid for their work. Again area still leaking after the next rain. They were called to come back out to look at the roof again. No one ever called or came back. An independent contractor I hired came and said the skylight needed to be replaced. It was replaced and no further leaking.

Hometown roofing arrived early every day and worked all day. They did not leave the job site. They were done in a couple days and thoroughly cleaned my yard of nails. No one can get ALL the nails that fall from a roof, but they came as close as anyone could. My roof looks great and I am satisfied. I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

Hometown did a great job, we couldn't be happier with their service or their quality of work. They were easy to work with, very responsive, their prices were fair and the end product was exactly what we wanted. We really felt that they were straightforward, honest and cared about our satisfaction, which is hard to find sometimes.
