Had a problem with our front loading washer Called Dell first thing Monday morning and they were able to fit us in that same day The 2 Service Techs. Were very pleasant and knowledgeable about our washer and the problem They went right to and got the unit working When they were done the job site was left spotless Great service and reasonable We have used them in the past
