We just bought a house with an antique gas/wood stove converted to propane and it was pumping out way too much propane and creating excessive soot throughout our home. I spent my entire morning calling appliance repair shops and not one would service us. These guys couldn't service us either (because they don't carry parts) but what they did was walk me through some trouble shooting ideas over the phone and actually helped me to figure out the problem on my own and fix it! So fantastic! Great customer service.

I can't say enough good about Appliance Doctor of Maine! Mike called me back same day and set up an appointment in 2 days (cause of weekend )He is honest and trustworthy and knowledgeable. He told me my old washer is fixable but did not recommend it because it might not last very long and would cost more than a new one. He even advised me correct brands and places to purchase best deal. He repairs washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, etc. I am going to recommend him to everyone I know, and he will definitely be the person i call for advice or repair in future.
