A veteran of GAF for more than 25 years, Jim was named President in January, 2016. Jim brings a unique point of view to his role, based on his years of experience in the sales organization, a keen understanding of the needs of our customers, and his vision for how GAF will transform the roofing and waterproofing industries. Randy was named Chief Operations Officer in October 2020. He has been with GAF for more than 15 years and has a deep understanding of GAF's integrated manufacturing and supply chain system, as well as the vision that's helping transform our operations to create value for our customers.

You worked hard to earn your place in college, now GAF wants those ideas to come to life. Whether it's finding a more sustainable solution for lighting, managing faster production times, or incorporating a new design into our products - our co-ops are continuing to drive our organization's success.

As the roofing industry leader, GAF is proud to promote sustainability in all areas of our business. We practice and support new technologies in energy and efficiency, material optimization, and recycling that help conserve natural resources, and we share our knowledge to help our contractors, colleagues and customers do the same. Nearly 1.9 million tons of reclaimed asphalt shingles removed from roofs were turned into roads in 2015. To support this sustainable practice, GAF created the Certified Green Roofer program to provide specialized recycling training for contractors, and foster membership with their local U.S. Green Building Councils.
