We used them a couple of years ago as our AC clunked out. They did a small repair and said we'd be good. Turns out, the repair didn't work, A/C started leaking, etc.
They claimed they were open 24/7- but they're not. You call after hours and it'd go to a third party answering service and they'd just tell you that they'd call in the morning......that's not being open "at the same low rate".
They eventually came back, gave us our money back - we called Strongsville Heating and Cooling who opened up the coil compartment (which Kasidonis never did) and saw it was iced over due to poor circulation. The fix was to take it out and clean all the dirt - the dirt caused the freeze which caused it to leak, and Kasidonis didn't even bother to open anything up to take a look.
They just kept wanting to push for a full replacement of a new furnace when it wasn't needed, or anything close to it.

Very disappointed with Kasidonis we had central air issues called and they were pleasant getting someone out early in the morning after the first technician who was less than pleasant arrived he was here for a total of about 5 min and advised us of 2 potential issues. He left abruptly without as much as saying he was leaving he never even introduced himself either. Kasidonis called us within 10 min giving us another tech in the same afternoon. He advised us of our options after diagnosing the problem took our fee and told us that the fee would be applied to further repairs or a new unit, and that someone would call within minutes of his leaving. Well that was as of 2 p.m. Monday afternoon it has been 32 hours later now and still no call i guess our diagnosis fee was enough for them. After waiting for a day to pass with no follow up from Kasidonis, we decided to go with someone who cared enough to call us back and give them our business. It may not seem like a big deal to you but it was to us. Very disappointed wish we never gave them our fee for what amounted to a waste of 90 dollars. Hope you have better luck then we did with them.

Had Smitty from Kasidonis out to clean and run a preseason check on my furnace. I would, and will, recommend this company to any and all of my friends and family. He happily answered any questions that I had. I will be calling them back next year. WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE FOR SOMETHING THAT NEEDS DONE!

I found Kasidonis H & C on another famous online review 'list' site, and have used them several times over the last few years. They were professional, competent, trustworthy, on-time, and priced the work fairly. The latest work, which was the installation of a hot water heater (and removing the old one), went flawlessly. Finally, after all these years, I found a plumbing outfit that meets my needs and expectations! Clearly, they have built their reputation and business on their excellent work, and their many positive online reviews!

Found them in amazon local ad and they were fantastic. $55 for AC tune up. I called to set up an appointment. They called me a day prior to remind me then called when on route. Explained what needed to be done and were much much more inexpensive than other quite I got to get my AC back up to speed. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again
