We focus on eliminating infestations while preventing future issues through exterior perimeter treatments. Our approach minimizes chemical use while ensuring long-term protection for homes and businesses.
Termite Control
Expest offers advanced termite control solutions including bait systems and liquid treatments. Our technicians perform thorough inspections to identify hidden damage and implement proactive measures. We use non-repellent termiticides and baiting systems to protect structures from costly termite infestations while maintaining environmental safety.
Wildlife Removal
Our wildlife control specialists handle rodent exclusion, bat removal, and squirrel control with humane methods. We seal entry points and implement deterrents to prevent re-infestation. Services include attic cleanup and structural repairs to eliminate health hazards from animal droppings and nesting materials.
Mosquito Treatment
Expest's mosquito control program combines monthly seasonal treatments with habitat modification. We target breeding areas and apply barrier sprays to reduce mosquito populations by up to 90%. Our eco-friendly solutions create safer outdoor environments for families and pets during peak mosquito seasons.
