This cleaning process will remove dark debris streaks caused by electrostatic bonding and petroleum by-products used during the shingle manufacturing process. We apply a bio-degradable butyl-based degreasing agent, power wash and/or hand scrub (where needed). If left unattended this debris will eventually etch its' way into the paint surface and ruin the finish. Note: If our gutter whitening service is performed (without the additional cost added for the siding power washing service), there is a minumum additional charge $115.00 to rinse the chemical run-off from the siding and associated surfaces.
We use a commercial grade spray foam glass cleaner coupled with 100% cotton surgical towels which enables us to clean the following fixtures and glass very effectively.
