I would not recommend this company to any living soul. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and only when a warranty problem arised did they explain to me in the greatest of detail how I was out of luck. Purchased the top of the line Stain Master Carpet with lifetime warranty only to find out there were pre-requisites that we would have to meet or the warranty was void. Given a blue envelope of congratulation with no explanation of warranty conditions. Was all but laughed at when I called with a problem.
Never ever, ever would I recommend this store. Despicable customer service is an understatement. Had no choice but to choose a star rating or I would not be able to post my disappointing experience. Negative million stars.

I was very impressed with how responsive, helpful, and professional the folks were at Carpet Mill. We had to repair our kitchen hardwood floors after flooding and their estimate was the most reasonanbly priced out of everyone else we talked to! I would highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs!

Carpet Mill outlets helped us re-do our bedroom floors and master bathroom floors. The customer service is awesome, they helped us pick the perfect hard wood and tile, and got rid of the old carpet that was in our room. They prices were in our budget, and they were on time everyday, and very professional. Jim was easy to get a hold of if needed, and the whole process was smooth and amazing. I highly recommend Carpet Mill Outlet, and look forward to using them again to put hard-wood in our living room and dining room!
