My family and I recently moved into our house. Our 4 seasons room needed 3 sliding glass patio doors replaced. From the very first appointment everyone was great. I was originally told installation could take up to 2 days once started. Craig who was our installer and Kyle got the total project done all within a little less than 8 hours. There's a minor repair that needs to be changed out but this wasn't because of anything that our installer did. I appreciate that he brought this to my attention as being a ordering issue. Being a homeowner it's a relief to know that the people you are entrusting your home renovations with actually work with the company (not hired contractors) and that they are experienced. Talking with Craig while watching him work I learned that he has been with Kraz for 20+ years. Craig was very polite and answered the many questions I had. I hope management knows what a great worker they have with Craig. I wish you all did decks/porches because I would sure hire you all
Our Salesman seemed like a really good guy and we trusted him. We bought the bay window. It was installed by some good guys who did a pretty good job. They were missing a piece of the trim and would need to come back to install it. No big deal. It looked nice and we like it. However a couple of days later we crank one of the windows open and find a defect because the window was jamming up. We called them and they came out and found that my brand new window was indeed defective. It has been about 6 weeks and we hadn't heard a word. I wrote a message to the salesman at about 4 weeks and he never responded. Perhaps he felt his job was done. So I call Kraz to see when they will fix it and I waited two days for a response and then called them back. They said the replacement window for my bay was supposed to have been shipped but wasn't so now it would be 2 more weeks. Even though the job is not complete I have already had to make my first payment after putting 50% down. I feel like they have their money so there is no incentive to complete the job. We are beginning to have buyers regret.
