4 Star Overall: Getting a Quote: Salesperson scheduled us for a quote in a timely manner, did NOT do a hard sell (which we hate), great at explaining our options, listened to our needs, and had a good price. 5 Star Scheduling the work: We realize our project was done in the height of roofing season (June - July) but the lack or communication was frustrating. We were told the work would be done in June but they missed this.

And then they scheduled in July during a week we said we could NOT have work done on our house. When it's rescheduled a week later, we hadn't been given confirmation of the new date until we got a call saying the dumpster is being delivered in a few hours. We had to scramble to get ready for this (moving patio furniture, taking down pictures inside the house that are on outside walls, moving planters that were next to house, etc). 1 Star Actual Workmanship: Beautiful job! 5 Star Followup on the job: There was a minor issue with some damage to our patio furniture but it was handled very quickly and to our satisfaction. 5 Star We would recommend Interstate Roofing!

After having several quotes, we chose Interstate to do our roof. Everyone, from the contractor to financing were very helpful, and we felt the price was fair. We are very happy with the end result. We had one small exposed spot under the overhang that was pointed out and quickly fixed. I would recommend Interstate to anyone in the market for a new roof.

They did quality work and came in under bid. Their QC guy did have to come out to fix 3 items. We are happy with our new roof and the repairs. I would recommend them to anyone.
