Clean Sweep Property Services started out as Clean Sweep Pressure Washing in 2003 as Wells and Marti Leger first stepped into the world of entrepreneurship. Clean Sweep initially focused on offering pressure washing services with equipment that was engineered by Wells and was unique to the industry. Within three years, we expanded to offer a variety of services tailored to commercial properties, banks, gas stations and grocery stores. In 2008, the Clean Sweep pressure washing business model was used to launch a national franchise concept.
