Charges a 20% restocking fee which we were unaware of when originally purchased as it is written very small at the bottom of the receipt and we were not told about it. If you question having to return anything I suggest shopping elsewhere. I know that I wish I had as I had a very large return at the end. Definitely shopping elsewhere for my next bathroom remodel.
