We are so impressed with Floor 360! From start to finish, the Floor 360 team was attentive to our needs--- from Jen having fabulous samples ready to discuss in the showroom, to Kevin and Matt's team of installers being flexible with pushing back the installation date, to Janna arranging for final touches! We could not be more pleased with our ceramic tile, LVT, and plush beautiful carpet! THANK YOU Floor 360 Superstars!

Nadean was amazing at helping me narrow down and focus my selections for my backsplash and fireplace. They are better than I could have hoped and I owe it all to her being able to take my ideas and steer me in the right direction! She's lovely, as well as the rest of the staff there. I am happily recommending her to all my clients!

This is the most disappointed I have ever been with any service I have received. Even reading the negative reviews on here, their responses lack.

Worst experience I have ever had. I should have known to run, when the sales reps didn't call me back and then the carpet I was talked into. It's.

I walked into Floor 360 Madison and was thrilled to see so many choices but a little over whelmed. I worked with Nicole who helped me narrow down choices for the hard wood flooring we wanted for our open floor plan. I was able to take home multiple samples. I narrowed it down but was still unsure. Nicole offered to come over to help me choose what would work best for our style. With Nicole's help I felt we made a good choice and had it ordered.

I was notified when it came in and got the install date scheduled with no problem. The install crew showed up on time, was friendly and did meticulous work. We are beyond thrilled with the end result! What a transformation. Thanks Floor 360!

We had a wonderful experience with Floor360. We were building a new very modern house and asked our builder to work with Floor360 as we really liked their flooring and tile selections. They had a wide variety of products to meet our different needs. They were able to translate our vision into reality and provide options for us to choose from that fit right into that vision - vs trying to pull us back into the norm or standard type finishes.

They recommended options that we were unaware of that could even better meet our needs that we ended up choosing and are thrilled with. We have had them come back months after the work to help with touch-ups and small repairs that come with a new house as it settles and they never questioned or pushed back. They show up quickly and resolve any concerns. I would recommend Floor360 to anyone looking to build a new home or remodel.
