New Asphalt - A petroleum based product that has crusher fines and rock mixed with oil. This product is ideal for our mountain conditions - i.e. frost heave, extreme heat/cold, steep terrain, difficult or "tricky" drainage, etc. Asphalt offers a clean durable entrance to your home or business with a most cost effective, solid surface. Some areas that use asphalt - driveways, tennis courts, tracks, golf cart paths, walkways, roadways, bike trails, parking lots, airport runways, race tracks. Installation - After proper sub-grade work, the asphalt is "laid" with a paving machine that lays the asphalt at an appropriate thickness to be compacted with an asphalt roller to a final 3" depth, unless other depth is required or requested by customer.
