My home needed a new roof after we discovered a leak getting into our kitchen. Austin came out and met with us and did a very thorough inspection and helped us determine the issue. A Very unethical company. Brian and Scott two salesmen that work for this company tricked my 82 year old Mother into signing a contract with them. When she tried to cancel within the 3 day cancellation period she was informed by them that if she uses any one else for the work that she will have to pay them 25 percent of the cost to them any way. It doesn't matter that she canceled the so called contract.
When she signed it she had no idea what she was signing because she had 3 people talking to her at once. She doesn't have money for an attorney, so I guess my next step will be the Attorney Generals office.
