RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. has many plumbing projects including tenant improvements, schools, high rise condos, hospitals and medical facilities, auto dealerships, restaurants and retail, hotels and country clubs, parks and rest areas. We contract approximately 150 commercial jobs per year, ranging in size from $1,000 to $20M. We are capable of design assist projects and taking the lead in CAD designing an entire project.

In the spring of 2003 RKS Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. Service Division launched a 24-7 hour service department for emergency repairs, serving the entire Valley of the Sun. Service contracts for plumbing and HVAC. HVAC repairs and replacements, water heater replacement, fixture replacement, fiberglass tub/shower repair, leak detection and under slab repair, and gas supply line installs and repairs. Sanitary line camera and video inspections, hydro-jet sewer and grease lines, smoke testing, certified backflow technicians and certified boiler repair.
