It's only been 24hrs since they were here, but it appears that they did a good job. I didn't appreciate the sales tactics of not knowing the price before making an appointment and then having to feel pressured into something. Online they had a deal of 3 rooms for $99, so I was thinking with the pet urine treatment and tax I would be somewhere in the neighborhood of $200. I was very wrong, all said and done with just cleaning and pet urine treatment just over $400 for three rooms. If I would've known they were that expensive I would've stayed with the other company I used. It remains to be seen at this point if the pet urine treatment was worth it.
So the service was very good and the carpets turned out amazing. The price was more then they originally quoted but we did get some other options we didn't know they did it was worth it. Will use them again in the future.
