Many of the truss builders on our staff have been with the company for 5 years or more. This experience is what it takes to ensure the trusses are built to our quality standards and each truss is qualified to be stamped with the Ridgway name. We also utilize the newest technology in our production facility to build toward even higher standards. Our newest purchases include two computerized saws from Alpine Engineering, the AutoMill and AutoWeb saws.
Our focus is on engineering trusses that work not only for the architect, owner, and contractor, but also for the framer. We understand the importance of recognizing all the players involved in making our trusses work for you. All our wood trusses are engineered with the Robbins Engineering program, TrusStar. We supply you with an engineering book showing all the trusses and uplifts, and 24" x 36" layout of the trusses. The engineering is sealed according to the customers needs by one of Ridgway's two professional engineers.
We supply various manufacturer's engineered lumber products and can get almost any engineered product you might need. We will deliver these to your site in most cases within 3 days of the order. Contact us with your specifications or let us run your engineered product through our engineering program to make sure it is the correct product for the job. If you want, we can design the floor or roof system for you including all the headers and beams needed for the project. Our main suppliers of joist, headers, and beams are TrusJoist MacMillan, Boise Cascade and Georgia Pacific.
