Yesterday Korey and Mike from Sierra Air came to our place after we were still having trouble with our furnace. Another company had "serviced" the furnace a week ago and looked at the problem we described. He apparently didn't know what he was doing. He missed the fact that someone some years ago thought it was a good idea to wire a bypass to the safety system on the furnace that kept it from going into a melt down. Korey and Mike put the system back into factory settings and explained what the heck was going on.
My gut instincts tell me that they saved our home and probably saved our lives. Thank you Korey and Mike! Thank you Sierra Air for hiring educated intelligent professionals that take pride in their work.

Sierra Air is awesome to work with. I have had them out to both our houses for service and they have always been excellent. The service is second to none. Tony has gone above and beyond for us when we really needed it and our heater stopped working in the middle of winter. I would highly recommend Sierra Air!
