After being a customer for over 20 years I can no longer support this company. Their fixed price scheme takes advantage of the consumer. A inducer blower that cost $135 and 15 minutes to replace cost me $643 on their maintenance plan. This is outrageous! I even spoke to the manager Bob and asked if there was any thing they could do to make this fairer. The answer was no. So I guess they value profit over customer loyalty and fair pricing. Let this be a warning to you.
