My AC recently went out during our current heat wave. I was able to get a same day appointment with RJ Nelson. Chris was my tech. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was great about explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done to repair it. Would highly recommend RJ Nelson for anyone that needs HVAC service.

They came and fixed my furnace when others turned away from the mold (caused by the plugged ac drainpipe) I was in a catch 22. They've saved my furnace, my house, and my sanity! Thank you so much, you have my forever business!

Last summer I was told by another company that my compressor was probably out. I suffered through last summer to save up for a new outside unit this summer. When I called for an estimate for a replacement, a technician was sent out. When he arrived, he looked at my old unit, asked if I minded if he looked at. Needless to say, he found the condenser had gone out, not the compressor, and got my unit going in less than an hour!
And the cost was less than 1/10 of the two other quotes I had received for a new unit and A-coil. I will be recommending R.J. Nelson to my friends and have become a loyal customer for all my future needs. Thank you so very much for a job above and beyond what I expected.
