Honest, prompt, trustworthy. I appreciate that Ben is even willing to help troubleshoot problems over the phone before he even comes out. When here, he shows you any issues and walks you through how it should work or how it’s not working. He has been out several times in the past (AC was getting old) and 99% of the time it was a simple affordable fix. I will never call anyone else.

Fabulous company! When my upstairs AC quit working on a Sunday morning, I called Polar Express for help. Ben Vollmar was at my house within 45 minutes and had my AC repaired and cooling better than ever in less than an hour. After two quotes and 3 weeks waiting my ac is finally fixed. Huge thanks to these guys at Polar Express! I trust them with everything, just leave a key and they take care of the rest.
Cory met me after I got off work to do final measurements and make sure they were prepared for the install. He even messaged me to remind me of the install so I could leave a key for them. Today while having a rough day at work his message to tell me don't forget to install a new filter and that the unit was installed made my day end on a happy note.
As always Ben and his guys are awesome and I wouldn't recommend anyone but them.

These guys are always professional and timely. They’re in demand so you have to realize your case will be prioritized according to need but when they come they do a great job. Never up sell and regularly repair, not replace. I can’t say enough good things about them.

My neighbors in the “Settlement” recommended Ben at Polar Express when my system failed last night .
Polar Express was the absolute best HVAC experience I have ever had. Ben was responsive, courteous and a no “BS” kind of guy. A mechanic with a get it done spirit.
I messaged him to schedule for the next morning and he was ready to be at my house that night. But I asked for the next morning and he was early (I didn’t have to wait...HUGE) and had the failure diagnosed and done quick and painless.
There are a lot of HVAC Choices out there but you won’t regret calling Polar Express of Katy TX
Mid-July, our a/c wasn't cooling off and we have a 5 month old baby, so we called Polar Express and they were at our house within 15 minutes and had it fixed in no time. Great Service and we will highly recommend them in the future!
