They screwed my order up Big Time! Ordered a sisal type carpet for my living room and it took about 5 weeks before they realized they couldn't order it. So I ended up buying from another company. However, The wool blend carpet I ordered for my family room was damaged so they had to reorder. That took 2 weeks longer than they told me it would take. The topper is they never charged me the balance I owed until 6 months later when the owner calls me and instead of admitting they never sent me a bill, the owner argued with me saying he sent me bills multiple times.
I told him I never received a bill and I thought they decided not to charge me the $600 I owed them because of all the screw-ups on their part. So when I asked for him to send me a bill for the balance he refused and instead took me to small claims court and put a lien on my home. I eventually paid them. As one would expect, I would never recommend this company to anyone.
