This meeting, typically held at either our Design Studio or at your neighborhood's model home, is where we help you start making design selections and answer any questions you may have.

I would not recommend buying from challenger. They build their homes quick and they lack quality. I am the second owner on a home that was built mid 2014. The driveway and staircase challenger put in are both sinking and cracking and need to be replaced. I called there warranty dept to see if there was anything they can do (seeing as the driveway was obviously not compacted enough before they had it pored) and I was told they would not do anything to help fix it. Be careful before you decide to work with them.
