I wasn't even able to rate them on their locks because the beginning phone call was terrible! I called to get pricing on a card reader for an entire pool community and was not helped very well. When I asked for someone to come out and quote what I need to ensure it's correct the woman on the phone let out a huge sigh and acted like I just asked for the world. Aren't sales companies still willing to work for their sales and provide GOOD customer service? I suppose I'll call someone else to earn our business.
