We have been customers of Palmetto Alarm's for over 12 years and can not begin to say enough great things about them. We have moved twice and both times they have been excellent about getting our new home set up. I love being able to control and monitor my home with the easy to use app. Their customer service is top notch, anytime I have had a question or concern they are easy to reach and quickly help. In the instances when the alarm has been triggered, response is unbelievably fast. We have recommended them to all our family and friends, most are now customers too and have never had a complaint!

Love my new system! The installation was fast and the technician that came out did a great job at explaining everything to me and showing me how to work the system. I love that I now have the ability to know what's going on at my home no matter where I am. Could not be happier with my experience. Highly recommend this company!
