Services
Vent Hood Installation
We install custom kitchen vent hoods ranging from under-cabinet models to island hoods. Our team ensures proper ducting and decorative finishes while meeting modern building codes. Services include decorative shell installations and space-saving microwave integration. All work complies with IRC 2009 makeup air requirements.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
Professional dryer vent cleaning prevents fire hazards and improves appliance efficiency. We remove lint buildup that causes overheating and moisture issues. Our maintenance services extend dryer lifespan and reduce energy costs through improved airflow.
Attic Ventilation
We install power vents, wind turbines, and soffit ventilation systems to regulate attic temperatures. Proper ventilation reduces cooling costs by maintaining optimal airflow. Our solutions prevent heat buildup that strains air conditioning systems.
Makeup Air Systems
Our code-compliant makeup air systems address negative pressure issues from high-CFM kitchen hoods. We install motorized dampers and inline switches that synchronize with existing ventilation. This ensures safe, efficient operation of 1600+ CFM vent hoods.
Bathroom Ventilation
We provide exhaust fan installations that prevent mold growth by removing bathroom moisture. Our systems ensure proper air exchange while maintaining energy efficiency. Services include ductwork installation and humidity-controlled fan upgrades.
