I've been trying to call customer service for days and still haven't gotten through. Received a new stun gun that hasn't worked since day one. It would be nice to actually be able to talk to someone about it.

If i could give this worthless company zero stars i would. Bought a stun gun from them and have been trying to get ahold of someone for a month now to return it. Let's see, my first attempt of contact was email, weeks passed and i never got a response. Oh and don't bother hitting the chat option on there website, that doesn't work either. So then I tried calling them. Even though they claim to stay open until 6pm, no matter what time you call you will get a recording saying that its after hours. Really!?!
I just called at 4pm, got an automated message that i was #1 in the que, 45 mins later i am still on hold and get an automated message saying sorry, i need to try again during normal business hours. Great job false advertising your business hours. Must be nice not having to do your job. That's ok, I will go file a complaint with the BBB next. I'm sure they will get back to me way before anyone at this worthless company will. Oh, and i wouldn't recommend there products to anyone. Total junk that does not work.
