I called Level Home Services at 330pm on a Saturday with a malfunctioning furnace. They sent a rep to my house within 60 minutes. The rep was named Aaron B and he was extremely courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had the system up and running quickly. Thanks to Aaron and Level Home Services for a job well done.

During our routine service fall service Aaron B. found the pressure switch on the furnace was defective. It was replaced within a few days. I've used Level for more than 3 years. They've always responded quickly and offered several different price point alternatives for replacement or repair. We've used them to replace our furnace and air conditioning units. Great service personnel--resp ectful and knowledgeable.
