I called Kim at an insanely busy time. Many frozen and broken water pipes around town. They were the only contractor who could work me in even though their schedule was full. Surprising customer service did not suffer at all. I felt like I was their only client. They worked full speed to get the water damage cleaned up, walls rebuilt and new carpeting in. My tenant was able to get back to business quickly. Kim and McKinnis saved the day!

Joey Swafford was a pleasure to work with and you can tell he loves his job, which is very important. His siding crew did an excellent job on installation work to the front of our home. In fact, they completed the job much better than the original installation! Joey is very dependable, was always professional and took the necessary time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. I will definitely call Joey the next time I need repairs. We had McKinnis do a new roof, siding, window screens, gutters and downspouts due to hail from the May 2016 storm. McKinnis did quality work and were good at keeping it cleaned up around house during the job. The project manager, Ryan DeBolt, was very responsive whenever I called him and he worked directly with the insurance company to make sure all the damage was covered. They went above and beyond by including new shutters (I wanted to change the color) and new window. We are very pleased with the results!
