We had a house fire nearly 3 years ago. My husbands friend immediately recommended rainbow bc he had used them for a personal experience and they were amazing. We were clueless as to the first step to take in this process. They knew exactly what to do throughout the whole experience. They showed up the same day as our fire to board up windows to prevent potential looting + also to prevent any more damage from occurring. They packed up the rest of the entire contents of our house with care and sorted and cleaned and worked so hard. They explained everything they were doing and from that moment until the end of the process they had amazing communication with us, they were professional, they cared for our salvaged belongings with respect and every single employee was compassionate and reliable. A break in a supply line with in the ceiling caused extensive damage to eight units. Water was extracted in the eight rooms and hallway with drying equipment set up. Ceiling will need replaced and new insulation. Great job to our Rainbow International crews for an after hours emergency.
