Chris is very knowledgeable and informs us as to what each application does or what results we should expect. He always shares tips about our lawn or why we get certain weeds. He is very friendly and professional and always has time to listen to any concerns. Today he went above and beyond. We had a Nerf party at our house and he helped to pick up all the Nerf bullets when he could have easily sprayed over top of them. He is truly an all around terrific guy.
Scott Brown treated our lawn a few weeks ago. He left a note saying he did not treat an area he thought had new grass. The new grass is about a year old and is firmly rooted. He should have treated that also. Next time he comes to treat my lawn, please treat the entire lawn. Thanks.
Scott took care to not spray the newly seeded areas of my lawn but applied a granular fertilizer instead. He also waited to spray the lawn till after I had cut it since it was so high. I appreciate his attention to these small details.
