Excellent personal service with high quality floor coverings and installation. Brett Hemphill personally helped us select our carpet. The installers were very trustworthy -- the installation was done under time pressure (due to some unrelated delays we were waiting to move into the house where the carpet was being installed) and everything went off on schedule in a very professional manner. And even though the installers had to do some extra work (for example, they had to install new tack stripping), the company billed us for precisely the same amount they had estimated. Hemphill is a company that I would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent customer care from the time we walked into the store until the finished product. Brett helped us to make the right decision according to our needs. We love our carpet and new bathroom flooring. Super clean, very efficient install. Professional in everyway from start to finish. We highly recommend them!
