I Highly Not RECOMMEND this store. After checking the store and sharing my taste and preferences in specific tiles, They don’t have a lot of choice or knowledge about companies and their products, they don’t have catalogs from companies they represent either, I was advised to go to Raleigh and check their show rooms and was given and opened websites of couple companies on my phone by the lady working there. The construction company which builds my house at this moment were helping me to drive samples to my place to see how it will look, they liked my choice and asked if I know the company who sells it. I had their website in my phone since the lady opened it in the store and I kindly called for them to exchange their info. Why I called , because in Rocky Point where we were at this time no ones phone pick up service, I had special service set up here for calls. After that this construction company opened the account and ordered the same style I liked for themself from Cancos !!!! After that the owner of this store together with the sales representative from Cancos tile company assumed and accused me of creating fake account to buy the tile with hole sale price! I didnt open any fake accounts, didn’t place or asked to order for me no one!!! I received bad txt messages from Cancos Sales rep. Jerry Hasson and calls, he yelled at me, accused me in doing shady things and put me down in any possible words !!! This is a Big Deal !!!! Not a good store in our beautiful town full of amazing people! They do not care about their customers!!!
