Crain Lawn Care sent out Two guys to help in the yard. They were friendly, clean cut, good communicators. They added some bushes, trees, and awesome flowers. They weren't the least expensive bid but I've learned some hard lessons by going with the cheapest option.you get exacly what you pay for. Crain Lawn Care was by far the best value. Thank you Mr Crain for the beautiful landscaping.
Took forever to respond my wife's request to get an estimate. Weeks after they came out and did the estimate, they sent us an "invoice" estimate. Had a due date, amount due, services rendered.the whole nine yards. They explained it was a printing mistake but still sent it anyway without an explanation(clu eless). They called ONCE and responded through texts the rest of the time, even though we asked them to call us. We still have yet to talk face to face about specifics. Needless to say, we won't be using this company to do our yard. We will spend our $1K to $2K somewhere else.
