If I could give no stars I would. I set up a "call me" appointment on their website. Received email back advising I would receive another email IF he accepted my request to call me. How unprofessional! Pretty sad when a company doesn't even have the courtesy to explain that maybe they are too busy right now. I'm helping that situation as I wouldn't hire them now anyway. Save your effort and money for a company that cares!
Did a great job on our big tree! And great customer service, we called same day and got a response same day. We had been trying to get someone out for three weeks and left messages with multiple companies and no responses. Will definitely recommend their services to our friends and family.
