We install push piles which uses the weight of the house to install the pile into the ground. The depth encountered can range from a few feet to our metroplex record of 85 feet deep! Although there is no way to sugarcoat what we do, foundation repair is messy. We have learned ways to "contain" our mess. The beginning excavation is a little dirty, but the end result when the project is complete, is very clean. Normally it's difficult to see where our work was performed. Although we don't have a staffed engineer, we certainly can recommend some independent engineers.
