Bought new door seal material. It is advertised as 1/4 inch T size, which is what my door seal retainers require. When I tried to install the new seal, T would not fit my seal retainers. Checked size on my old and new seals. The new seals T measured nearly 3/8 inch wide. Contacted them about issue, and sent pic of measurement. Said they didn't know what I was talking about. Very poor quality and service. Hope the door thresholds I bought are better. Won't be doing anymore business with them or recommend them to anyone.
