Water Damage Restoration
Tier Restoration provides rapid water damage restoration using thermal imaging and specialized drying equipment. Our technicians extract standing water, dry structural materials, and prevent mold growth through IICRC-certified protocols. Services include subfloor drying, wall cavity extraction, and concrete dehumidification for residential and commercial properties.
Mold Removal
Our certified mold professionals conduct comprehensive inspections and remediation for all property types. Using containment barriers and HEPA filtration, we remove contaminated materials, treat affected areas, and restore indoor air quality. Services include black mold removal, crawlspace mold treatment, and post-remediation air testing.
Crawlspace Encapsulation
Tier Restoration prevents moisture intrusion through crawlspace encapsulation with vapor barriers, dehumidifiers, and drainage systems. We install sump pumps, French drains, and insulation to control humidity, prevent mold, and protect structural integrity in Middle Tennessee's climate.
Air Duct Cleaning
Our NADCA-certified technicians clean residential and commercial HVAC systems using truck-mounted vacuums and antimicrobial treatments. Services include ductwork sanitization, dryer vent cleaning, and indoor air quality assessments to improve system efficiency and reduce allergens.
Odor Removal
Tier Restoration eliminates persistent odors from smoke, pets, cooking, and water damage using ozone generators and thermal fogging. Our technicians identify odor sources in building materials and HVAC systems, then apply enzymatic cleaners and air scrubbers for complete elimination.
