Our team offers a wealth of experience and knowledge in design-build, GC-CM, commercial, educational, industrial, automotive dealership, and military construction. We take pride in self-performing concrete, carpentry, and steel erection on all of our projects. In addition to self-performing 25 to 30% of the work, we also own one of the largest fleets of construction equipment in the Inland Northwest. This allows us the opportunity to provide the highest quality product on-time and within budget.
Garco has been providing general construction services since 1978. We provide quality construction related services to a very diversified client base. We emphasize communication and integrity, exceeding expectations of those we serve and maintaining a teamwork aspect with all those involved. Garco is first and foremost a builder. We are proud to directly employ many different construction trades including laborers, operators, carpenters, cement finishers, and iron workers. Due to the diverse capabilities of our staff, we have the ability to provide complete services from the conceptual phase of a project all the way through to the completion of the warranty period. With our expertise as a leading builder utilizing state-of-the-art estimating systems, we can successfully assist a design team in the development, review, soliciting, and analysis of bid packages for the various trades.
I'm biased, having worked with and for Garco Construction for 35 years. With that disclosure, I can honestly say that I've never had cause to think that there's any other construction company in the region who does as good of work, works as safely, meets or exceeds cost and schedule goals, and cares for their customers, employees, sub-contractors, and the community as much as Garco. What's remarkable about that is that they do it so consistently. For 40 years, the culture at Garco has remained constant; take care of the community.
