We provide a complete range of architectural services required to design a project, acquire clearances for permit approval, and solicit bids for construction of each project. During this phase, we meet with the client to gain a clear understanding of the exact goals and requirements of the project. We analyze the constraints and opportunities of the project with regards to the pre-design framework of each client's specific goals. In this phase, we conduct research as required to obtain the best design schemes for exterior elevations and selections for structural systems and components, materials and finishes, and details of architectural design.
