I'm conflicted on my review. While Bay Area underpinning did a fabulous job at relabeling my parents home in Lafayette, they are non responsive to answering numerous calls concerning the deck work that they third partied out. There are cosmetic issues with the deck and I've attempted numerous times to reach someone to help alleviate the situation. But alas, since the bill is paid in full they are not worried about my problem anymore. I hope they stand by their actual work better than they stand by for their, third party contracted work.
