G&G Insulation knows the commercial business in the Treasure Valley. We've been installing since 1951 but stay knowledgeable of current building codes and training certifications. Whatever industry you are in, you can be sure our installers understand how to comply with your standards. From air sealing, to insulation to firestopping, G&G has your current or new commercial building service covered.

Spray foam insulation provides thermal protection by creating a tight seal that reduces air leaks, which can account for up to 40% of a building's energy loss. G&G specializes in closed-cell spray foam applications to help create an overall tighter building envelope. Spray foam performs as both insulation and an air sealant, or barrier, closing the areas that let air escape.

Air leakage is one of the biggest sources of heating and cooling loss in a home. In fact, according to ENERGY STAR, if you added up all of the leaks and gaps in a typical home's envelope, it would be the equivalent of having a window open every day of the year. That's where G&G's experts come in! As a local Owens Corning Certified Energy Expert, we have been trained on the latest building science innovations, including resolving air filtration issues. G&G applies high-performing air sealing products to penetrate cracks and gaps for maximum performance.

Add to your insulation's effectiveness with the reflective power of radiant barrier. G&G usesR+HeatShield, a woven polyethylene with metalized film for excellent radiant heat blocking. Unlike other forms of insulation that absorb heat, radiant barrier acts as a shield to reflect heat away from a home. R+HeatShield's multiple perforated layers of aluminum separate upon installation to create enclosed airspace while allowing for vapor transmission. Typically applied to roof rafters and walls radiant barrier reduces heat gain in the summer and heat loss in the winter for improved comfort season after season.
